What to expect
meetings & correspondence
Call, text or email me to schedule the first meeting or to discuss any questions you may have.
Once the package has been selected, I work with a student to set up a schedule for one year at a time, so we have a plan. We can meet in person (if the student is in the Cincinnati, OH area) or via a remote session. Appointments can be made by scheduling directly onto my online scheduling calendar under the Member tab, texting or emailing.
Most of our dealings (whether with student or parent) will be done by phone, email and texting. I reply to messages within 48 hours.
Since this is the student’s application for college admittance, most of my consulting will be directly with the student. When we meet the first time, the student, parent and I will determine what will work best for keeping the parent appraised during the application process.

In addition to in person/online meetings and depending upon the package selected, I provide your student with important tools via Google Docs. I have an agreement that student, parent and myself will sign. It helps clearly outline my responsibilities and what is expected of the student.
